The Fifteen Conjunctures

These fifteen  are translated from the White Emerald texts.  Copyright 1999.
They are used to analyse the quality of the day and are not used as a birth chart interpretation feature as is sometimes misunderstood.


  • 1. Accomplishement Dub-jor [grubs sbyor]

    • In general all the 7 dubjors are good favourable, but there are special things to be avoided on each day of the week
    .
    Sunday- likely to lose house
    Monday - likely to face war, robbery and bad mouth [kha nyes]
    Tuesday - avoid sendng out cattle [to pasture]
    Wednesday - avoid marriage, if a bride is received on this day the husband is likely to die
    Thursday - if someone dies on a thursday then there is likely to be a decline in gyang - means that avoid all work associated with the dead, removal of corpses etc.
    Friday - if one receives a bride on this day then they may not have children.
    Saturday - avoid sending children out of doors.

    B:  Favourable for all the activities you have done.
     

  • 2. Couple [pair] Soong-jor  [zung sbyor]-
  • Favourable for peaceful, peaceful, productive and power activities.  Avoid wrathful activities.

    B:  Favours peaceful, productive and power activities, avoid special activities of yours.
     

  • 3. Demon King Doo-gyay [bdud rgyal]

    • worhsip to war god and favourable for wrathful actitivites and defeating enemies [dgra mnan]

    B:  worship the war god, favourable for wrathful actitivites, and defeating enemies
     

  • 4.  Complete  Doob-nyi [grub nyi]

    • in general all important activities are favourable, especially service and worship are the best.

    B:  same but easy to fulfill activities, avoid sinful deeds and harmful deeds,
     

  • 5.  Auspicious  Tashi nyi [bkra shis nyi]

    • favourable for receiveing initiation, and [rab gnas= for example, this is the name of a puja done at the commencement of construction of a bauilding], incense burning ceremony and virtuous deeds

    B:  feel hapiness, facvourable for same as above
     

  • 6.  Increase  Pel-nyi [‘phel nyi]

    • good for studying, digging wells, irrigating fields,

    B:   good for sowing seed
     

  • 7.  Perfection  Choob-nyi [chub nyi]

    • same as zung jor no.2 and favourable for good activities [virtuous deeds??]

    B:  same
     

  • 8.  Agreement  Thun-nyi [mthun nyi]

    • favourable for all the work realted with helpful activities and aslo for making friends,

    B:  same
     

  • 9.  Combination  Jor-Nyi [sbyor nyi]

    • good for incense burning ceremony, and divination, and virtuous deeds, bad for all wrathful activities.

    B:  favours productive work
     

  • 10.  Demon  Doo-nyi [bdud nyi]

    • In general bad for all activities, however it is favourable for bad works, such a hostility, resentment, performing black magic, etc.

    B:  bad for work related with power, and ones own private work, if one recvveis bride in this day then husband may die
     

  • 11.  Death  Chi-jor [‘chi sbyor]

    • bad for almost all activities such a constructiong buildings, receving long life pujas etc.

    B:  avoid recvieing abd sending brides, work related with patients ie like taking [into hospital admitting]or discharging patient
     

  • 12.  Unsuitable  Mito-nyi [mi phrod nyi]

    • bad activities are favoured, avoid producing medicines or making medicinal compounds, marriage compatabilty= means avoid marriage and even discussing the subject.  All helpful activites should be avoided.

    B:  bad for reciveng brides, bad for amothier in law, and children, avoid medicine and marraige
     

  • 13.  Imperfection  Mi-Toon nyi [mi thun nyi]

    • bad activities are favoured, good activities become bad so avoid them.

    B:  bad for mother in law, young men,
     

  • 14.  Terror  Jig-nyi [‘jig nyi]

    • unfavourable for marriage etc, but good for deceiving and cheating.

    B:  bad for brdes and horses and nephews, good for bad actitivities,
     

  • 15.  Burnt  Sek-jor [sreg sbyor]

    • Avoid all important tasks and especially blood letting and moxibustion.
